Female Leader Engineer is a talent program for female* engineering students who are passionate about leadership and want to be leaders in the future. Together with our partner companies; AFRY, Ericsson, NKT, Fortum, KONE, Sandvik, Scania, Skanska, Sodexo and Stora Enso, we want to give you an insight into working life and the exciting opportunities that exist within leadership. The program runs alongside your studies and is a journey full of possibilities.
*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.
THIS PROGRAM GIVES YOU:

- Membership in the Female Leader Engineer Alumni Network, a network of female engineers who have completed the program.
