Schneider Electric is looking for someone that have a passion in developing customers relations, understanding their needs and be a trusted advisor. To thrive in this role, you must be able to achieve your own success through others, you need to be a fast and strong networker that can engage the sales community in focusing on selling Schneider Electric’s services within your segment, data centers and cloud. You will be responsible for building and growing the data center service segment within the Nordics, you will also have the possibility to share experiences and knowledge with a global team within Schneider Electric. Services is one of Schneider Electric top three strategic focuses worldwide and the services within data centers have a huge potential within the Nordics – there will be endless of opportunity to accelerate your career from here.

Your success will be dependent on how well you will engage the country sales representatives that will be responsible for all segments within a specific geography. Since you will enter the team as it is being built, we believe you like to be a part of the creation and building of the team and don’t mind doing what is needed for the team to be successful.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop direct sales relationships with key Data Center customers
• Lead opportunities and deliver professional and compliant offers
• Develop customers providing additional services
• Be a trusted advisor helping our customers to achieve their goals by using Schneider Electrics products and services
• Secure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to developing new offers and services

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe that you have experience from successfully selling and growing a segment and that you love to create and develop strong relationships. To be successful you need to excel in involving others within Schneider Electric to engage in selling services in your portfolio. Since the team is being built you must thrive in being part of creating the team as well as being hands on when required by e.g., writing offers and negotiating deals.

We also believe that you have:

• Experience within a sales role delivering growth
• Experience of building strong and long-term customer relationships
• Successfully reached success through others
• Strong relationship builder internally and ability to collaborate with everyone
• Technical understanding

It is beneficial if you:

• Have knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure technologies
• Have knowledge of Electrical Infrastructure
• Have experience from working in a cross-country role
• Experience of connected and consultative services
