The global pricing organization is now looking for their next stars to strengthen the team within Home Distribution with analytics and pricing.

This is an opportunity for you who seek to develop yourself within analytics and pricing and that thrives with working structurally in an ever-changing environment. As part of the pricing team, you will report directly to the Pricing Director for the Nordics & Baltic and will support several countries and business areas to ensure the common goals are fulfilled. You will be responsible for predicting the effects of changes in the price strategi and prices through analysis. Your ability to perform analysis and collect and structure data and transform it to usable knowledge will be your main contribution to the team. In this role you will be offered a lot of variation and a possibility to make an impact. Here you will become the expert in managing pricing processes, tools and optimization to ensure the pricing strategy is implemented.

IN BRIEF YOU WILL
• Analyze the impact of price/discount adjustments on margin
• Track pricing KPIs and highlight potential opportunities moving forward
• Evaluate trade-off between price and volume
• Prepare decision-making material based on simulations and analysis of available data
• Follow market trends and competitor data
• Be responsible for accurate price and discount customer data in business systems, including pricing management and optimization
• Be responsible for improving, optimizing and adapting price structure and processes for the Nordic and Baltic countries

WHO ARE YOU?

To succeed in the role, we believe you are structured, efficient and have an eye for detail and can handle a fast-paced culture. This is where your communication skills will come in handy. It is an advantage if you like working with digital business tools.
We also believe that you have some form of experience from:
• Handling large amounts of data and different tools
• English in speech and writing
• Stakeholder management
• Working with analysis
It is advantageous if you have:
• Experience from digital business tools (eg SAP and Excel)
• Previous experience of pricing
