Schneider Electric is a global specialist in automation and develops technologies and solutions to master energy and processes in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner. Secure Power in Stockholm continues to expand and is now looking for a Cooling Engineer to join the service team.
The Secure Power department works with UPS, cooling of data-and server rooms and monitoring of equipment. You become part of a wonderful group of Cooling Engineers who stand for a broad technical competence and great teamwork. As a Cooling Engineer, you will work broadly with both projects and service assignments. Tasks include being responsible for preventive maintenance, installation, problem solving and technical reports to the organization. You are offered an exciting and stimulating work environment and you can look forward to a role with large contact areas where you will be Schneider Electric's face to client. You will visit different facilities which makes your curious and flexible side come in handy along with your ability to work with different people. You see the value of preventive maintenance and enjoy solving practical problems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close collaboration with the support function in Italy.
- Perform service and maintenance for all existing clients such as data centers, hospitals and industries.
- Advanced troubleshooting and analysis.
- Compile data into technical reports.
- Partake in new installations and projects.
- Work in technical support and product expertise together with international expert teams.
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a person with experience in maintenance in cooling. You enjoy traveling to the clients’ locations and are motivated by working proactively with preventative maintenance and solving problems in varying environments. It is an advantage if you enjoy working independently and put the clients' needs first. We also believe that you have computer skills and enjoy working with technical reports.
We also believe that you might have:
- English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of Office packages, especially Excel and Word,
- Driving license B
- Worked with maintenance in cooling
It is advantageous if you have:
- Holder of certificate in electricity
- Experience of working in a datacenter environment
- Engineering background
