Project Manager - Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for their office in Skara as a part of the Northern Europe team. You may be based out of Stockholm and visit the Skara office once a month. The role will be instrumental in ensuring project delivery of process automation projects in sectors such as Food & Beverage, emerging technologies, and renewables. The projects will focus on external customers who require automation solutions utilizing Schneider’s proprietary products and solutions. This offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and sustainable environment to shape the future of Schneider Electric’s process automation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project life cycle for diverse projects within process automation in different sectors, mainly Food & Beverages, emerging technologies, and renewables.
- Be the primary point of contact for external customers to foster collaboration, negotiate contracts, and build relationships long-term.
- Coordination of, and close collaboration with different teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Support and mentor team members to foster growth and development.
- Manage and report on all financial aspects of the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous work experience in a project management role
- Experience in delivering process automation solutions or digital transformation solutions for external customers
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, to ensure clear internal communications with the teams and external customers.
